Rooney Mara New Luxury House

Rooney Mara New Luxury House

Rooney Mara comes from a famous family as she is the great-granddaughter of Pittsburgh Steelers founder, Art Rooney and Giants founder, Tim Mara. She is far from being involved in sports business. She and her sister are making a living playing movies and they are successful.

Nobody can say the films changed her standard of living because she used to have a more than decent life. Some said she bought herself an expensive new house but it is more likely that she did not. She involved herself in charity since she was 18. She traveled a lot in Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia and Nairobi. She oversees the charity Faces of Kibera in Nairobi and has bought 6 acres for them. This is the reason it is less possible she bought for herself an expensive house. She organized many charity actions for this organization, starting with auctions, training camps and e-bay fund-raisings to make her dream to build an orphanage in Kibera come true.
